What is included in the price?+
Every hire includes a professional driver, fuel for the agreed route, and the driver's meals and accommodation on multi-day trips. Your quote is the full cost unless we agree extras in writing.
Can I hire a vehicle without a driver?+
No. All our vehicles come with a vetted, experienced driver. It keeps your group safe, keeps our insurance valid and means you can relax.
How do I get a quote?+
Fill in the quote form with your dates, route and group size, or message us on WhatsApp. We reply with a full quote, usually within an hour during business hours.
How far in advance should I book?+
A week is comfortable for most trips. For weddings, school holidays, December and Easter, book two to four weeks ahead because the larger coaches fill up fast. Same-day airport transfers are often possible, so just ask.
How do I pay?+
Once you accept a quote we send a secure payment link. You can pay by M-Pesa or bank transfer. A deposit confirms the booking and the balance is due before the trip.
