What is included in the price?+
Every hire includes a professional driver, fuel for the agreed route, and the driver's meals and accommodation on multi-day trips. Your quote is the full cost unless we agree extras in writing.
Can I hire a vehicle without a driver?+
No. All our vehicles come with a vetted, experienced driver. It keeps your group safe, keeps our insurance valid and means you can relax.
How do I get a quote?+
Fill in the quote form with your dates, route and group size, or message us on WhatsApp. We reply with a full quote, usually within an hour during business hours.
How far in advance should I book?+
A week is comfortable for most trips. For weddings, school holidays, December and Easter, book two to four weeks ahead because the larger coaches fill up fast. Same-day airport transfers are often possible, so just ask.
How do I pay?+
Once you accept a quote we send a secure payment link. You can pay by M-Pesa or bank transfer. A deposit confirms the booking and the balance is due before the trip.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Cancel more than 7 days before the trip for a full refund of your deposit. Between 2 and 7 days, 50% of the deposit is refundable. Within 48 hours the deposit is non-refundable, but we will happily move your booking to a new date once, subject to availability.
Do you cover trips outside Nairobi?+
Yes. We travel anywhere in Kenya, from the Coast to Western and the northern parks. Long-distance trips are quoted per trip, not per kilometre, so there are no surprises.
What happens if the vehicle breaks down?+
Our vehicles are serviced on schedule and inspected before every trip. If anything does go wrong, we send a replacement vehicle at no extra cost and keep you updated on WhatsApp.
Can we play our own music or use the PA system?+
Yes. Most of our buses have a PA system with a microphone, and many have Bluetooth or USB audio. Tell us what you need and we will match the right vehicle.
How much luggage can we bring?+
Each listing shows the number of standard suitcases the vehicle carries comfortably. For safaris and multi-day trips we recommend one large bag per person and we will confirm space when you book.
Are your vehicles and drivers insured and licensed?+
Yes. Every vehicle carries comprehensive passenger insurance and current inspection, and every driver holds a valid PSV licence with a clean record.
