What we collect

When you request a quote we collect your name, phone number and, if you provide them, your email address and organisation. We also collect the trip details you give us: dates, pickup point, destination, passenger numbers, purpose and budget.

Our website uses Google Analytics, which records anonymised information about pages visited and how visitors found the site. It does not identify you personally.

How we use it

We use your details for one purpose: to prepare your quote, confirm your booking and coordinate the trip. Your phone number is used to contact you about your enquiry by call or WhatsApp.

We may email you about the specific booking you asked about. We do not add you to a marketing list without your consent, and we never sell or rent your details to anyone.

Who we share it with

Your name, phone number and trip details are shared with the driver assigned to your trip so they can reach you on the day.

Quote requests are delivered to our business email and recorded in a private spreadsheet used only by our booking team. We use reputable providers for email and cloud storage, who process the data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we can reference past trips and pricing when you book again. Booking and payment records are kept for seven years as required by Kenyan tax law.

Your rights

Under the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019 you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it.

To make a request, email us and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies needed to run the website and, where analytics is enabled, Google Analytics cookies to measure traffic. You can block cookies in your browser settings without losing access to the site.
